NamelessHosting is now up and running again after a very long maintenance

Changelog:
- Discord rank syncing with Nameless-Link bot
- New announcements system
- Custom page improvements
- The ability to force two factor authentication for certain groups
- New panel template
- Default Revamp template settings, including dark mode
- New SEO page including Google Analytics integration
- New Suggestions Module
- Users now retrieve permissions from all groups
- You can now choose the widget location to be left or right
- Forms module now have more question options
- Forms module now have webhooks integration for discord alerts
- Members module can now hide groups from being displayed in tab
... and more!

Important notes:
- the api have changed so if you use the api you will need to update it for the minecraft plugin example, Must also update the plugin
- Few custom templates does not support all the new changes
- Some features like Favicon, Logo, and few standard template settings are missing will be added tomorrow
- Only DefaultRevamp support the new Suggestions Module, Other templates hopefully tomorrow
